A huge THANK YOU to Helen for her amazing S U P Retreat!! We had an absolute blast! From beginning to end non stop paddling and full days of fun in the sun. I will definitely return to next years! Why doesn’t Google provide the option of 6 Stars? Today I stepped onto a SUP for the first time ever. I had a beginners lesson with ‘SUP with us’ at Teston Bridge Country Park. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it and what a lovely place to learn the basics too! The fact that I didn’t fall in on my first try is largely down to the detailed and expert teaching that I received from Helen. What a teacher 👌🏻 I will be returning for sure, thank you 🙏🏻

At 60 years of age, I did wonder if I would spend all my time in the water on my first ever SUP experience. I was wrong and it was all down to the excellent and very patient Helen who calmly instructed me and got me standing up and paddling. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend SUP with us and Helen to anyone considering taking up SUP.

Best £90 we have ever spent!! CANNOT recommend a SUP lesson with Helen enough. We were excited to give it a go, but we got so much more out our two hours with Helen than we expected. As well as top notch equipment, safety gear & a stunning sunny day on the water, Helen stole the show. My husband booked the session with Helen for my birthday. We took our 2 sons (both in their 20s). I was a little apprehensive ( as I didn't want to look a fool-I imagined I would spend more time in the water than on the board) but Helen was an excellent teacher-very patient and very encouraging.
