  • I started training with Suli on July 4th once a week for 12 weeks consistently. Social media can really influence the ideas we have about exercising and what’s best, how achieve our goals etc.The point is to keep pushing. Over the 12 weeks I’ve learned so much about myself and this has been the real start to my fitness journey. Soon I’ll actually have an after pic and not just a before thanks to Suli hahaha. Having somebody to keep you accountable at times when you find it’s too hard to do it...

  • Suli is the most understanding Personal trainer your ever going to find. She understands your needs what you want to do and like most of us she’s been through what we are struggling to do. Finding that consistency is key and Suli has really helped me out. I can’t believe the changes and how well I have achieved with her support.   • I have been training with Suli for over 1.5 years and enjoyed every moment! It is clear she spends time preparing for every session to make sure not only it’s suited and challenging for me but she also takes into account what I enjoy so that the sessions are fun. I genuinely cannot believe how far I have come and how much more confident I am working out since training with Suli. She is the best!

  • I love training with Suli. She's a very good teacher who can break exercises down and work with you to perfect technique. She's also very good at motivating clients and making exercise enjoyable (as opposed to traumatic PE classes!). All in all, I'd highly recommend!
