Suffolk Coast Sailing

We had a great half day cruise with Suffolk Coast Sailing. Simon was great company, very accommodating and relaxed. He perfectly understood how we wanted to spend the time and tailored the experience accordingly. The boat was very comfortable and well-equipped. Wholeheartedly recommend!

My daughters and I had a great couple of days on the water with Simon learning how to crew on his boat. He got all of us involved with every aspect of crewing and was incredibly calm and patient with us as we learned. We felt very safe at all times despite the fact that we had some pretty windy conditions (which made for exciting sailing!). Nice lunch provided too. Thoroughly recommend Suffolk Coast Sailing whether you just want to go for a charter or you want to do a course.

I can not recommend Suffolk Coast sailing highly enough, Simon is an excellent Skipper, instructor and evangelist for all things sailing. The delivery and effectiveness of his training and instruction is of the highest quality, and never do you feel that your questions or enquiries are stupid or pointless, or irrelevant, he takes the time to ensure that you understand the concept, he is a patient and engaging teacher. Completed the Start Yachting course in September and had a fantastic first experience of sailing. The boat is brilliant and very well equipped. Keith is an excellent and incredibly experienced instructor with plenty of patience! It was so nice to have someone take the time to explain everything that he did, why and how (sometimes required more than once!) Very friendly and calm which is great when you're learning the ropes! We had a fantastic day out sailing for my 30th birthday. Simon was wonderful company and an excellent teacher, and Wings is a great vessel to learn on. We'll certainly be back!
