If I could give 10 stars then I would. Craig and Gary are both phenomenal martial artists who have competed at the highest level in MMA and BJJ. If you live local to this gym and want to train martial arts then not enrolling here would be criminal.

Excellent gym, very friendly and welcoming, no judgements on level of experience everyone accepted, staff are very encouraging in helping achieve body/ fitness goals, would highly recommend.

Everytime I have made a visit to submission factory I have always took something home to work on. The learning is fantastic enhanced by Gary and Craig's enthusiasm and passion for the game. I was also lucky to attend a neck tie senimar that blew my mind and have been successful using the techniques showed. Visited for a seminar recently. Great venue, friendly people and attentive coaches who are also active competitors themselves. Highly recommended.

Amazing mixed martial arts gym. Also the level and the quality of the coaches for the price you pay per month for membership is absaloutey unbeatable. Kids, woman classes, kettlebells, mixed classes. MMA, personal training. This gym has it all. Highly recommend for any new comers thinking about giving it a shot.
