Studio J Dance Academy

Wonderful teacher! Miss Jo is brilliant with the children and runs such a lovely dance academy. She is so good at what she does! I’d recommend this to anyone! Great communication, flexible and friendly with children and parents alike.

Miss Jo is so amazing, she has been teaching my daughter Iris for the last 5 years. Iris loves her dancing and musical theatre classes and her confidence has grown so much in this time and continues to do so. Jo’s classes are fun, creative, engaging and Jo shows so much love and support for all of her students. We were so lucky to find such a brilliant dance teacher who Iris adores.

Jo is an outstanding dance teacher, not just because she’s an incredible and clearly experienced dancer, but because she is able to nurture her love for dance in others so effectively. She is patient, fair and passionate about helping the children achieve the best they can be. She is hugely enthusiastic and creates a wonderful atmosphere, where each child feels valued and part of something amazing, no matter their shape, size or talent.

My daughter has been dancing in the Tutus and Taps class at Studio J for a couple of years now and she absolutely loves it! From her very first lesson Miss Jo made her feel so comfortable and she can't wait to go to dancing every week. We've just signed up to the acro class and she can't wait to start. I would highly recommend Studio J to anyone looking for dance classes.

My daughter has been attending Studio J for the past three years. She goes to ballet & tap, and also jazz. We were new to the area when she first started and we couldn't have been more lucky to find such a fantastic dance school for her. She absolutely loves attending Miss Jo's classes. Jo is friendly, welcoming, incredibly professional, hard working and so fantastic with the kids. She's even hosted one of my daughter's birthday parties which was a roaring success! I really couldn't recommend...
