  • I couldn’t recommend Jon high enough! If it wasn’t for him I would have given up completely on working out over the Christmas period and been in a terrible position going into the new year! Every work out is different to keep you on your toes and he pushes you beyond anything you would do on your own, all whilst managing to make you laugh and not feel self conscious at all. I look forward to our next session!

  • Jon is a great PT to work with, I've noticed results quickly since I started training with him & really enjoy the variety of the sessions. He understands what I’m trying to achieve & makes each session interesting to help get results. He’s very focussed on the importance of a good technique which has really helped & regularly checks measurements & how I’m feeling to make sure I’m getting results. Would definitely recommend!

  • I have trained with Jon for several months and he is simply incredible! I had very specific goals that I wanted to achieve through training and was a gym newbie ! He completely listened and has immensely motivated me and believed in me on my journey ! I have achieved strength and a much better physique through training with him.   • Jon is a good guy and a great trainer. I have struggled in the past to stay focussed when left to my own devices in the gym. During the sessions with Jon he pushes your work rate to a level that you would never sustain when working out alone. The sessions are physically challenging but he keeps you focussed on your technique as you tire. I'm more than happy with what we have achieved in only a short space of time. Cheers, Jon!
