  • Laura is incredible! She's created a proper group of empowered women, there is no talk fo fad dieting, or pressure to come ad give 100% every single time, these classes are built around learning proper formand empowering yourself to sue these skills elsewhere too!

  • If you're looking for a women's weight class that's enjoyable, friendly and supportive, look no further! Laura makes sure that these classes are suitable for all abilities, and everyone is made welcome. She makes sure we progress at our own rate, and the group members all encourage each other. I joined to improve my strength (which is getting steadily better), but I stay for the fun! Highly recommended.

  • Laura is a fantastic trainer. Her classes are fun and varied. Her knowledge and passion comes across in all of her communications. She encourages you to improve fitness and conditioning in each class whilst keeping you safe. Highly recommend Laura as PT and the classes she runs!
