  • My daughter joined Stringnote over 3 years ago and I have seen her love for music and piano grow exponentially through the excellent teaching and approach of the academy. You can tell that Marcello and Sylvia are passionate about their students and know how to nurture and encourage. The Fulham Tree method motivates the children as they move through mini grades before giving the Grade 1 piano exam.

  • Superb music lessons - from beginner right through the grade system. My son has been attending Stringnote since Year 1 at school. It has given him a confident understanding of music theory that is often missing in the state education system at primary level. As he has progressed and grown, we have been able to adapt his lessons at Stringnote to keep him interested and stretched. Their method, skills and attitude towards my son have made him love music, encouraged him to practice at home with no effort and to learn how to listen, read and play music. We are very happy with his progress. I highly recomm...

  • I have known Marcelo and Sylvia since my eldest (now 15) started piano when he was 6. The teaching, patience and encouragement he received weekly has proved invaluable in helping my son develop his love for music and performing. He is now preparing for his grade 8 piano, got into his secondary school via a music scholarship and has this year won the piano competition of his entire school. I genuinely believe that it was down to his teacher who has helped him over the years love music and perf...
