Staff warm and friendly and the facilities are new. Great place to hire for functions and parties. Food prices are reasonable too

Brilliant club, super friendly and good range of speedy and slower runners

Striders organise running, swimming and yoga sessions, and promote local cross country and road races. There's something on nearly every day of the week and a great mix of friendly runners of all abilities.
