  • Shahan is an incredible trainer, I would honestly recommend him to anyone. Warm, patient, a great laugh but still supports and guides your technique to reach goals. It’s a good trainer that knows what your capable of but an outstanding trainer helps you to believe you can achieve them. Being new the gym I was really anxious but I’m far more confident now and the results are speaking for themself both physically, but more importantly, mentally. πŸ‘πŸ‘

  • I have just started, but the whole system seems very impressive. You get to do workouts that are tailored to you. You spend no time setting up machines as it all does it for you. You follow your own process on your phone or on the machines themselves. Shahan was really helpful and seems to care how you work out. Any issues with anything and you can go to him to happily get it sorted or just give you advise.

  • Shahan is brilliant! He is so helpful and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients achieve their goals. His skills and knowledge cover a wide variety of fitness types/goals, his work ethic and professionalism are second to none. He helped me achieve my goal of completing the London marathon in a better time than I could have ever possibly expected!! 100% would recommend Shahan to anyone.
