Very good gym and friendly staff.

My home educated kids attend strength academy Wales every Monday and have really improved their fitness. The instructors are great with the kids and really have helped them with their technique, and the facilities are also excellent.

Well organised, very friendly and not 'showy'. Helpful (and strong!) team.
