  • A very good experience. You can hire self row boats or a motor boat. Self rowing boats are quite difficult to row and steer as the paddler is sat facing the opposite direction. We tried self rowing first but found it very difficult so then switched to the motor boat. Had to pay separately for both. So better to go for motor boat. Pricey for self rowing as well as its £8 per person. Motor boat is £30 for half an hour and an £30 deposit as well.

  • Totally worth the price, you can go for self rowing boats, paddle boats, motor boats or also group boats.. whatever makes you feel comfortable, after some practice you get a hang of it

  • Beautiful scenery in such an historically legendary town. I have a disability but I've joined the adaptive squad there. Extremely awesome & apparently 1 of the best ones for it in the UK. :)

  • Booked a row boat for 4 of us. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly- and extremely patient with us bring non-experienced rowers, helping us out with little tips. We got the boat for an hour and got to row up and down the river. Really enjoyable (even when we went gliding into the brambles). Very enjoyable and great if you're lucky enough to catch a hot and sunny day. We got to spot some baby swans and dragonflies - lovely!

  • Nice to rent a boat from. I paid 25 for 30mins on a motorised boat. Was great fun and nice to drive around.
