I have taken the Managing Projects and Negotiation Skills courses with ESI and found both courses to be very useful. It gave me a greater understanding and appreciation of what Project Management actually involves and learnt some great tools and techniques for negotiating. The courses had some great case studies and the practical group work definitely helped. The trainers for both courses were very knowledgeable and made the courses enjoyable.
