So I have been using Strategy ever since I started teaching in 2020. They got me onto a permanent contract straight away with my first teacher role and then in 2021, when leaving that role they found me a temporary contract for 2022. Sometimes communication between staff regarding clients can be a bit confusing (multiple emails from multiple members of staff for the same thing) but overall the experience has been great. I can honestly say that I am very impressed by Hannah and her team. I can't thank her enough, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have had all the work I have had. Best of all, Hannah knows me so well, she knows exactly where to place me, I have been happy at all my placements. My interaction with Strategy is awesome. I am a multi agency cover teacher . In terms of pay they stand tall among the list of numerous agencies I can call on. The shift pattern flows like honey and milk Lewis has maximized my earnings and it makes me feel I am always hooked at their apron strings to get me the shift I needed Lewis has formed a kind of relationship with me where we always bond and gel. The staff at Strategy are fantastic. They were great supply me with day-to-day supply work when I took four months off. I had the most wonderful four months off full-time work and the team at Strategy helped to make that possible by providing me with supply teaching placements.
