Coffee way over priced at a golf club Coffee came from a machine. Same as carlisle and Brampton golf clubs but £1 extra here . Why

Only been a couple of times but the food was good and no complaints

Food was ok - apart from the chicken wings which looked as if they had came from a chicken who had an eating disorder. Waitress also had an attitude for some reason. Lack of gluten free options as well and was told to just get 2 starters instead of a main. One star as chips were edible and another for taking the inedible chicken off the bill. Also way overpriced for the standard of food and service you get

Super meal in The Clubhouse.

We went to The Clubhouse that is at the golf course. The food is epic. The guys that own it have had lovely eateries in the city centre and their food is always 👌 We got plenty and the view was great. Filter coffee was on free refill so always a bonus. The Cumberland sausage was from The Pioneer, as I asked. I don't usually like Cumberland sausage but this was lovely. It was a smooth texture and not over seasoned.
