After had a shockingly bad experience at Moor Farm Stables, I came across with Stonehouse Farm Riding school on google search and straight away phone them. The lady (Alex) on the phone with her calming voice arranged my session very next day. She didn't know anything about what I have gone through in the previous place. Alex and her team are lovely people. The stable is very clean and tidy comparing the first one I have been. Excellent riding school, horses all well kept. Highly recommended...

We've been riding here over the past ten years. Alex and her team are friendly, knowledgeable and safety is paramount. The stables it self isn't a modern, impressive building and it doesn't have the neatness and shine of other riding clubs. Stonehouse stables is a working stables, always clean and tidy with a real country feel the arenas are practical just what you need for lessons or riding. I started riding at Stonehouse Farm riding school when I was just 8 years old (now 20). At this time I was a complete beginner. After just a few lessons with the highly experienced staff at the stables, I felt really comfortable riding and being around the horses. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and are fantastic in taking care of a wide range of customers with all different abilities. Can’t recommend enough xx

My daughter has been riding at Stonehouse Farm Riding School for over 2 years, and she loves it! Alex and Michelle are excellent riding instructors, patient, kind and nurturing with a obvious love for all the horses in their care. ‘The livery yard’ is a safe, welcoming and peaceful retreat, set in beautiful open countryside It is the perfect place to unwind and be at one with nature... highly recommended for novices to advanced riders.
