A lovely day playing Canasta...friendly lady golf members. Fabulous food, great company!!

The course was in lovely condition for this time of year, & made very welcome

Really liked it here. Despite it being winter and wet, the course was in great condition with 17 excellent greens and only 1 winter green. The members were friendly too. My only dislike is being told to remove my hat in the clubhouse - always a pointless rule, but at least they let women in now! Anyway, that's more a standard golf issue and this place was otherwise just a good course with nice people and I'd definitely recommend it.

The course was great for a 9 hole, 18 tee course. It was well kept (although the recent heatwave's effect could be seen - but no groundskeeper can change the weather). The clubhouse facilities looked complete (toilets, bar, changing rooms, and function room) but we didn't use them. The reason this club attained a 5 star review was not for the, at the very least, adequate or good facilities but for the people. The members here were welcoming. Something that I don't always find at golf clubs. ...

The course itself is in great condition. Greens are very true, fairways and rough very forgiving. Two small quibbles. The price of nearly 30 quid on golf now is a little on the pricey side for a 9 hole course. Also nowhere to get a coffee or snack before the bar opens (mid afternoon ish?). Need to sort this as they are missing a trick
