Sewing Workshop - Coco Dress - Stretch Fabric

Description

If you new to sewing or just want some tuition to improve your techniques or learn to read and follow a pattern this is the sewing workshop for you! This pattern is an ideal starter for those keen to sew with stretch and can be made on either an overlocker or sewing machine

During the day we will make an easy fitting tunic top or dress using the Tilly and the Buttons ‘Coco’ pattern (included in the workshop cost). Hannah will teach you how to choose the right size for you, how to prepare the fabric and pattern to be set up for success. You can choose to create this design as either a top or dress with a choice of neckline.

Bring your machine or overlocker - you can borrow a machine from the studio to construct your top or dress. Help is available all day as your create your garment.

I will be in touch before the workshop with a list of supplies you need and suggested retailers to purchase your fabric. Threads and other notions are available at Stitching Kitchen on the day.

Whats included - your pattern to keep which retails at £15.50, full tuition, tea/coffee and homemade cake. 

What to bring - fabric and notions as per the list supplied prior to the class, lunch and your sewing machine or overlocker.
