Macrame for beginners - Placemat

Description

This workshop is a three hour Macrame session with Helen.  She will get you started on this fantastic and diverse craft and help you to create these wonderful table mats for your home. 

During the session you will learn to make a beautiful table mat / placemat and will learn two very versatile knots.  The larks head and square knot.   This will make a beautiful additional to your home, your table will look so smart, why not make a whole set it would make a wonderful gift. 

Helen will be on hand to provide instruction and answer all your questions, you will be learning in the inspiring creative textiles space at Stitching Kitchen and as well as a warm welcome you will also receive a cuppa and cake.

All materials and patterns are included in the workshop cost, just turn up and enjoy yourself!
