Attempted to book via website but did not work so called Steve up. Very rude and arrogant - glad we couldn't book now.

An absolute bell end and rude!!! Doesn't know how to be professional to potential customers. Phoned this plank (Steve) on behalf of client who has mental health problems and doesn't have much confidence in speaking to people on the phone. This plank (Steve) cut me short of the phone call and said the client would need to phone him and discuss. Tried to contact this company many times, never replies doesn't answer the phone. Can't even give him money in the first place so can't even report on how good / bad the training is. Somebody needs to train this guy how to reply to humans.

I wouldn't bother never turns up always got a excusetrys to make out you in the wrong and very rude. Someone who thinks hes always right. He arranged to come to me 3 times never turned up once.
