  • Steve came highly recommended, but as a 59 year old fit'ish but certainly not strong woman, I was a tad worried about the session - however, Steve was brilliant. Encouraging and knowledgeable he knew my abilities at a glance. By the end of the challenging but weirdly fun hour I was lifting heavier weights than I had previously ever managed. In short Steve gives you the confidence to believe in your 'wannabe fit self' and he has the understanding to help you get there. Thanks Steve!

  • I've been having personal training sessions with Steve for about 6 weeks now. Steve is brilliant, really knows his stuff. He pushes me harder than I knew I could go and I'm really noticing the changes in my body now, he's really motivating and understands the changes I want to make. Steve has given me workouts to do at home to increase the benefit of the PT sessions. Would highly recommend Steve!

Each session I have with Steve is tailored to suit my goals and abilities.
