  • I worked with Steve for over a year and he completely changed my approach to my training, my health and my nutrition. He is an exceptional trainer who really puts the ‘personal’ in personal training. He gets to grips with your lifestyle and barriers effecting your health and fitness. I can’t recommend him enough and will definitely use his services again

  • At the age of 75 and after some 50 years with no real training, I decided 12 months ago to take up training in response to several health and fitness issues. Steve has been incredibly helpful in starting me down this road, in particular by introducing a variety of exercises and allowing my body to train for them, by encouraging me to do more each week, and by ensuring we monitor any aches and pains which arise.
