  • I took part in a bootcamp last night for the first time and absolutely loved it. Every exercise was explained really clearly without any time wasting. Sam made sure we were warmed up and cooled down correctly and properly. There was a range of abilities at the bootcamp but for each exercise Sam quickly adapted it easily to suit everyone’s needs, noticing if people were struggling or needed a challenge and modified accordingly.   • Sam is a brilliant fitness instructor, he is very knowledgable, and keen to see you working to your best abilities. Even in a group Sam knows each individuals capabilities. He will push you to try harder and makes you realise you can do it. I have been going to bootcamp and can really feel myself getting stronger and more confident.

  • I've been doing Sam's bootcamp for the past 2 weeks and it is INTENSE! But in a really good way! I usually train alone, and doing this in a group isn't my thing usually but it has been so much fun and i'm so happy i gave it a go! The workouts are tough for all levels of fitness and Sam is really encouraging and pushes you out of your comfort zone, which feels amazing afterwards! Really enjoying bootcamp - going to be sad when it's over!

  • I absolutely love Sam's sessions. He always pushes me really hard, and the time always flies by. I have re-found my motivation for getting fit and strong. Sam's definitely gone the extra mile in being flexible to fit sessions in to my schedule and I thoroughly enjoy the mix of consistency and variety he works into my training programme. Highly recommended!
