Before i met Stephen i only had bad experiences working with personal trainers. Stephen is very approachable, encouraging you to work to the best of your ability. Not only planning a bespoke training plan, but supporting you with meal plans and a positive frame of mind to achieve a goal of a healthy lifestyle. Very well qualified with a wealth of experience. I would highly recommend this experienced trainer.

I have been training with Stephen for over 10 years. In this time he has provided huge support in helping me achieve a whole range of physical challenges .From triathlons and marathons to climbing mountains to running across deserts to recovering from fracturing a bone in my back and now being pregnant. I cannot imagine my training schedule without him!

Listens to clients needs and goals and puts a programme together that is achievable. Offers support and motivation both during a session and by text/email/chat (if required) enabling you achieve your goals, sometimes surpassing your expectations of what you can really achieve.

I met Stephen 5 years a go on a Kettle Bell course he was running. His knowledge and passion around Kettle Bells was infectious.
