Stephen Lamberth's Taekwondo & Self Defence Schools have unquestionably helped me to grow in confidence. Learning martial arts at these clubs is fun and suitable for the entire family. The classes have a great atmosphere and there is a real sense of community within the schools. Highly recommend.

Amazing club. I moved to Bournemouth and tried a few different clubs but none were quite what I was looking for then I found this one. It is such a friendly atmosphere and everyone is really welcoming and easy to get along with. There are a good range of classes with junior, beginner and advanced sessions almost every day of the week, which really helps when my work rota changes. Brilliant club, develops a young persons confidence, brings out the best in us; great family friendly oriented training with Stephen a master teacher who makes the lessons fun whilst ensuring we develop the martial arts skills and get those belt gradings.

Been training for 9 years and enjoy every session. There is a very warming atmosphere and is great for all ages, everyone is really easy to get along with and the social aspect is amazing too. Everyone helps out in the class to make the experience really enjoyable, and I have never regretted the decision to start Taekwondo. The instructor makes the sessions more enjoyable and is very supportive.

TKD Ferndown, is a friendly family club where under the supportive eye of Steve everyone receives one to one constructive feedback. You can't help but thrive within the club.
