My appointment with Steph was an absolute delight. I was welcomed into the practice with open arms and Steph clearly explained the outline of what I could expect throughout the session, Steph was agile to amend the session to my needs with new information we discovered throughout the hour. After my appointment, Steph clearly explained via email what my imbalances were so I could work on them through my own fitness practice. I can't wait to see Steph again! Highly recommend :)

Steph at The Injury Academy really knows her stuff. She provided me with a full explanation of my injury (torn rotator cuff muscle), which no one else has been able to do so far and gave me treatment to relieve the pain as well as strengthening exercises to help with the long term cause.
