About Me

I spent time in Asia in 2013 studying Reiki before qualifying as a licensed Western Usui Reiki Practitioner and Master Teacher and a Jikiden Reiki Practitioner. Reiki has influenced, changed, and reconnected me back to a happier, spiritual existence and is ongoing.

Since 2013 then I have gone on to study CranioSacral therapy, Silent counseling and become deeply involved in the healing properties of mother nature's plant medicine Ceremonial Cacao.
