Steiner Training

Hey so I worked for Steiner over 15yrs ago and back then I made about in average 4k a month! Yes I did sell alot of product but you also usually get good tips as a massage therapist. The other positions in the spa may vary. Sounds like they might of made a part cut the last 3yrs or so:(. It was definitely an awesome experience for me! Stressful yes at times but all in all positive! If I didn't have kids I would be back in a heartbeat with the amazing places you can go too!

Life long lessons were taught during my training however the method of teaching was VERY unorthodox and as a result I found quite a few people to frequently feel distressed.

The basis is 560 € per month. But I've always taken almost triple. The policy is to sell ... To sell ... But what is the company that stands if they don't sell? Nobody gives you anything. It is a suitable job for those who want to work and know how to sell the product. They give you room and board and you travel the world. In Italy nobody pays as much as a newly graduated beautician.

Sell, sell, sell & retail is their motto. They don't care about how much experience or how good you are as a therapist, you are just a $$$ sign to them. I was on the Sea Princess as a massage therapist and I only made about $400 USD for about 3 months. They don't keep you busy, and the only way you'll make any money is by selling their overpriced products. You are required to be at the spa for 10+ hours a day even when you don't have any clients. The company lures you in with false pretenses that what they offer will be a one in a million chance to change your life. I was lied to about how much salary I would earn, only to find our that I earn half the amount of basic salary once I had arrived to the ship. The commissions I earned were so terrible that I could basically just afford to have a nice meal in the countries I visited.
