  • Personal trainers seemed to have popped up all over the past few years. It's a bit ironic because they are becoming less and less personal. Everything is online now is understandable it's the way things are moving but this doesn't suit everyone. For people like myself I struggle with motivation and a busy family life at the moment. I used to train constantly but the past few years I've really struggled. I've spent 1000s between online courses and joining gyms and not going just loosing i...

  • Steel Habitat is a fantastic place to train - regardless of the goals one has - from the great structure of classes, variety of exercises and constant helpful input from the coaches. The atmosphere is great and it doesn't matter if you have to start from 0 or are just getting back into it. I'd recommend it to anyone.

  • My experience at Steel has been extremely positive. • An amazing gym. The coaches are brilliant, and made me feel so welcome from my first session. All the members are friendly and chatty which gives Steel a unique, confidence building atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone whatever you gym goals are!

  • I’ve enjoyed every part of Steel Habitat. I feel like joining this program gave me a fresh perspective not only on my fitness and health but my life in general. I was able to think clearly and feel positive and I couldn’t be happier that I took part in this journey alongside my mum. Louise my trainer has been a real inspiration because 1) she’s down to earth and 2) she never backs down when things are tough ! I almost feels like Lou’s a friend rather than my trainer; Thank you!
