Absolutely amazing & consistent service - the opening hours give me flexibility around my work, and they really do look after my dog. He always comes home without a bad smell like he has done from other doggy day cares! Their grooming and training are fantastic too. My number 1 choice for our regular grooms.

Our dog has obtained three injuries from this Daycare (A small split lip, a puncture wound in her neck and a deep gash on her back), the last of which needed minor surgery at a cost of £560. On each of these occasions, we've received no apology. It took four days to obtain any information and they are still unsure as to how the last injury occurred. Great place for your dog to get some exercise while your at work. I personally like the open hours too. Bruce is always tired from a hard day's play. The Paw Points are also a good idea I haven't seen anywhere else doing this. Keep up the good work guys.
