Amazing historic arts and events venue. Regular and very varied programme, have been to a number of events and got to try something new each time. Excellent engagement with the local community, definitely worth checking out if you are in the local area.

We loved the look of this venue so booked it for our film shoot. They couldn't have been less accommodating, with incredibly unhelpful staff, and building work going on that they did not inform us of. It might be a great looking place but it's not worth it if you want an easy time. We've also spoken to people who had a similar experience at their wedding which was really sad. Very unprofessional.

We had our wedding at Stanley Arts this summer and what an amazing space! Amie and the team were so easy to work with and did a great job on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Not only is the space full of history and charm which we loved, but the dry hire of the space meant we could add our own personal touches to the day - from decorations to choosing our own caterer.
