  • I have personal boxing sessions with this man and he has great knowledge. I find him very inspirational and he encourages lots of motivation. I also go to his spin sessions and as a group leader he is fantastic! He has helped me so much on my road to a fitter and healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend him as a trainer and a motivator.

  • Scott is welcoming, friendly & accommodating to all levels of fitness. For me it was always about strengthening (legs, back & core) & getting my form right when lifting weights. We did 2 x sessions per week and I loved it.

  • I booked in with Scott for a block of sessions to learn what to do in the gym. I have never been into fitness and had no idea what to do other than the treadmill. But while working with Scott he made it easy to understand so I could develop my technique using weights and learn what I need to do to progress. I'd highly recommend Scott as a PT his energy is contagious and I always feel like I've had a great workout after a session with him!

  • I booked a boxing session with Scott to learn some punching techniques. Scott encouraged me throughout the lesson to give it my "everything" and I quickly learnt how intense, challenging and exhausting a 30 min session can be. Without a doubt I would recommend everyone to have at least one session, try it for yourself and test your stamina and endurance. Thank you Scott!

  • Highly recommended Scott for PT lessons. he is happy and energetic which is motivational, especially when you struggle. he pushes you to reach your goals in an effective way. I enjoyed every session with Scott as I prefer lifting weights and that's what we focused on, you'll always look forward to your next session without a doubt.
