  • I've had a few PTs and Sam's style of coaching is the best I have come across. He ensures that I have a great workout every time, and adapts our sessions to my ability when necessary. He is really supportive both in and out of sessions, and always happy to help with diet plans. He is always flexible with our sessions to what suits me, and I really think he shows his passion to get results from all his clients, including myself.

  • Sam is amazing at what he does! He has created a community were people from all over the city feel like a family. There’s nothing but positivity and encouragement throughout his workouts and Facebook group which is all down to the passion he brings every single day. Since training with Sam he has helped me overhaul my diet, gym routine, vitamins and supplements and even my mental health. I have more energy in work than I have ever had and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Sam provides a fitness plan for outside of your PT sessions, I also received ideas for a meal plan which could be adapted to fit my needs.   • I visited Sam for three months before moving house and was very happy with the progress. I suffered lower back pain and ankle ligament problems making it difficult to find a beneficial routine but Sam’s physiology knowledge allowed him to gradually tease the pain out. I received a full nutrition plan and stuck to it rigidly, in the three months I was with Sam my chest and last grew significantly but more impressively I went from agonising deadlifts to lifting x150% my own body weight.
