Great for seasonal parking buses down to porthmeor beach& Tate gallery 6mins walk from bus drop-off to town centre and harbour every 15mins

Brilliant, take your car straight there park up £7 for the day . Then the bus in the rugby club takes you to the beach, I think it was £1.50 return... well worth it abd you can park till 12 at night, bust stops running at 7.10pm... u can get a taxi up the hill £5.50 or walk.

Great place to park if visiting St Ives, with how large it is you are pretty much guaranteed a parking spot. It comes with a shuttle bus as the walk is about a mile from the beach. Walking is a viable option as it is all downhill. Word of caution it is all uphill on the way back (like really uphill). With a rucksack full of beach stuff, bags of souvenirs, whilst an almost 3 year old is on your shoulders this ascent is not for the faint hearted 🥲.

£5 for days parking is good value. You do have to pay for the bus down to the beach though. Staff were helpful. Glad to see the Rugby club making money from this.
