Took part in the 1 day Emergency first aid at work today, and it was excellent. The course material was thorough, and was superbly delivered by Tom. Great day, and whilst I hope I never have to use the knowledge I've gained today, it's a great feeling to have it in the bank if needed. Thanks

Had first aid training at our workplace carried out by St Davids First Aid. Found the course easy to follow and even learnt a few new things! Would definitely recommend.

Really great first aid course which has given me confidence to deal with medical emergencies, both at work and out and about. I actually used my new skills within a week of doing the course to put someone in a recovery position in a Cardiff street.
