  • I have trained with Tirrel for 12 weeks. Tirrel really knows his stuff, designs varied programs, ensures I perform them with the correct form and technique, and keeps me progressing. That plus his nutritional advice to complement my training has achieved results exceeding my expectations. A great decision to train with him!

  • Tirrel has been my trainer for almost two years now. He is very professional, knowledgeable and always keeps the workouts interesting - we never do the same workout twice. He makes it easy to fit session into my schedule, as we revisit times that work best on a week by week basis. Highly recommend Tirrel as he has been such a positive influence in my physical and mental wellbeing!!

  • In the strongest terms I recommend square mile fitness. Tirrel is a top class personal trainer. I trained with him for a year and in that time vastly improved my strength. I can now do pull ups!! I went to him with a back issue and he worked a challenging program to keep me fit but also make sure I wouldn’t hurt my back again in future.
