Everything we do at Square Circle is about identity. And the role of implicit bias in all of our decision making and relationships. Through workshops and one to ones we build: Awareness Connection Empathy By creating space to talk about identity, we see how our cognitive bias - the autopilot decision making that keeps us all functioning day to day - impacts our lives. We believe developing the ability to “switch to manual” improves the quality of our work and life relationships. What we do creates space for reflection. But more than that, it’s uplifting and fun.
