I can't recommend this enough! I went to Nick to see about exercise especially tailored for my COPD. His knowledge was excellent and knew exactly what is required. He pushes hard but very quickly sees any limits. I'm looking forward to continuing because I'm a bit too lazy to do these exercises at home.
Enjoyed every session hugely. It’s hard to beat an hour of pretending you’re at muscle beach in the sun! Nick is really knowledgeable, motivating, friendly and tailors each workout to everyone’s ability really well.
Loads of industry-standard equipment to use, in a fantastic location.

Nick at Sporting Enso is a professional and caring PT who offers one to one training as well as adaptable classes suitable for all abilities. Highly recommend. He makes you feel a part of the enso family which is amazing as most gyms/classes are very daunting to attend but he makes you feel at ease.
