Splend - PCO car hire & Rent to buy cars for Uber

They are the worse PCO car hire & rental ever. Their agreement is rubbish. I went for their car yesterday, bringing it home I noticed it was faulty and decided to take it back. According to the manager my deposit and and the one week payment is not refundable. They are thieves working in an office. Will advise that no one should go for their cars. Their unprofessional

I have been charged twice of the membership fee although i am a repeat customer so they treat you as new driver every time you go for long holiday and come back. But that was not the main issue. the problem was the documents that have been given to me were soon to be expired and I had trouble with uber and bolt to approve it. What a great company, the staff is so friendly . They were so quick and the process was easy. The communication was clear via email and text messages. I had a wonderful experience from the moment i stepped into their office! Ask for Peter , he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible.

This company is totally scam after drivers signed the contract. The account manager CHIS is not the right person for this business because he is irresponsible person and very rude when drivers are looking for support. I had very bad experience with Splend when renting the vehicle and I'm still waiting for the right time to take the legal action. My best advice don't rent the vehicle from Splend because they are unprofessional and cheater.

WORST PCO COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They charge more than other companies plus worst customer service. They might seem nice and welcoming at the beginning but soon you will find out they only care about money and charging you more. I don't believe most of their reviews are genuine.
