Spikes Gym

I tried to pay for a single session but apparently Spike only accepts cash and doesn’t have a bank account I could transfer money too. Seems like a legit business. He then tried to make it my fault for not carrying £7.50 in cash on me. Where I’m from in Bristol card payments are common practice. A member tried to help the situation and he got barked at too. I own a gym and if someone couldn’t pay for whatever reason I’d ask them to post on social media instead. Easy solution. I offer free ses...

Trained here for the first time, while on holiday at Holywell Bay. Decent gym had a fantastic workout. The owner Spike was very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this gym if you live in Newquay or want to do some serious training while in the area!!

Great gym! Excellent equipment, with loads of weights and a good selection of resistance equipment. Spikes gym always has a good buzzing vibe every time im there and is appealing to not just males but also to females who want to train. Highly recommended!
