Great gym, fantastic team that is truly supportive and wants to do everything possible to help you reach your goals. Lots of different equipment and weights to be able to mix up the routine and the classes are well organised and welcome any abilities. It's the best gym I have ever been to.

Enjoyed training here, friendly members & made some good friends. I gladly supported Spartan through first lockdown & the charity work but was not nice when I had to cancel membership which was disappointing 😳 Good functional fitness gym & Mrs said Kelly N was superb PT 💪🏼✊🏼

Spartan Chamber is so much more than a gym. For someone who isn’t that fit and lacks confidence I was a little nervous going in but Ryan and everyone that attends makes u feel so welcome and regardless of ability encourage you to do your best. You are made to feel part of the 'Spartan family' instantly. Ryan keeps the sessions full of variety, fun and challenging and to someone who struggles they are all adaptable to your ability. Without a doubt this is the best gym I have ever been too.

Spartan Chamber is so much more than an 'off the shelf gym' it's AWESOME! Everyone regardless of individual strengths, weaknesses or ability is met with a warm welcome and made to feel part of the 'Spartan family'. The instructors keep the sessions varied, fun and ALWAYS challenging.
