Southside Young Leaders' Academy empowers black and minority ethnic boys to be strong and self-reliant individuals, positive and active citizens and prepares them to be a new generation of community and business leaders. Building our Future Together! Southside Young Leaders’ Academy offers a bespoke programme to unlock leadership potential. Through personal development, teamwork and skills training we inspire boys to be agents of change in their own lives and become the next generation of young leaders. Working in partnership with the boys, their parents and schools, the Academy provides a disciplined framework to enhance self-esteem and encourage boys to stay focused and pursue their aspiration.
