Fantastic gym, with great staff who are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Really do get the best out of you at each visit. I've also benefitted from the additional expertise provided through the Academy's Physio. Highly recommended.

Quality experienced coach led training

The best gym I've been to, they give you personalised programmes which are regularly updated and replaced. Thanks to their booking system there are rarely more than 6 other people there, allowing the trainers to pay close attention and give you advice. I was only there for 4 months, but in that time I've learned a ton of different exercises, gained confidence with using free weights and gone from being unable to do a single chin up to doing 4 sets of 6 reps.
