Super friendly, fun dance school with the most amazing community. Brett and Sally work tirelessly for their students, with no pressure to compete if you don't want to, but it should be mentioned what amazing results they do get at local and national competitions, their success speaks for itself! My husband and I have lessons once a week purely for fun and what fun we have!! 5 stars, thoroughly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Having known Brett & Sally for over 30 years, they are true professionals and dedicated to their pupils. The school has a friendly and family atmosphere which is wonderful to be a part of. There are lessons/classes for all levels from beginners through to the more experienced dancers with social practice evenings. 100% recommend.

Great place to learn. Friendly extremely knowledgeable dance teachers. We started as complete beginners with group adult classes and loved it. We now have 1-2-1 lessons these are tailored to your level and what you want to learn. Would highly recommend. Really can't express here how fab and supportive they are.

This is hobby teaching done right. The classes are accessible and fun. The teachers, both excellent and experienced dancers, project a love of dance which is infectious. The members seem to take as much pleasure from bringing others on as they do from their own successes. This school will help you achieve any level from casual keep-fit to competitive dancer, and they'll do it in a way that makes you feel included in something bigger. Sally, Brett and Carole are the most welcoming and friendly dance teachers I have ever met. The children and adults feel part of something very, very special and one big family. Not only do they provide great tuition and support but they help build confidence and self esteem, through a non pressured environment and big smiles. My daughter and I feel very privileged to be part of Southend Dance Centre. I would encourage anyone to join and have fun regardless of ability (they are very patient!).
