I can speak from personal experience with Dan, River, Tony, Lucy, and Liam - all amazing coaches (who all have amateur/professional competition experience) and very helpful at answering questions and helping during classes. Friendly people's people as well, easy to become comfortable with everyone, the vast majority of people I've met associated with this southcoast MMA are all great.
