We attended both the puppy and adolescent training with our whippet, Cleo. We found everything we learned there to be invaluable in helping us to understand Cleo. Matt and Tam’s philosophy is to always put the dog’s needs first- and the classes felt like a really safe space where we could learn to recognise and respond to those needs. We would highly recommend!

We received fantastic individualised training and advice from wonderfully experienced, but most importantly, positive animal centred trainers. They are dedicated to meeting the emotional needs of the dogs in front of them whilst giving owners and handlers the tools to build relationships with their dogs. I highly recommend SW Dogs Skills.

Matt and Tam work really hard to find the best way to support you and your dog. They are great at supporting and encouraging the humans, in a non-judgemental way, better to understand your dog and its behaviour. They are patient, kind and fun to work with. Our challenging border collie is making great progress as a consequence of the training we do with them.

Kind and professional service with safety regulations in place. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with dogs (they offer lessons for all age range). Reasonably priced and excellent quality sessions.

We love this place. We got our working cocker puppy during lock down but Matt and Tam were still able to put on effective puppy coaching on zoom which the family enjoyed. Since then we have completed puppy agility classes and Barney’s now loving the dog agility classes. He runs round with a huge grin on his face and is gradually getting better too. Matt is so patient, always taking care to work with the needs of each dog. Thanks guys
