My daughter rode thistle. Because of the amazing instructor she managed to do a rising trot on her first lesson. Will be returning and I recommend!

I went on a hack while on holiday in the area and rode Jeremy. It was absolutely lovely. Nice well behaved horses, nice area to ride in and lovely staff. Would certainly go again if I'm around that way again.

South Pastures made my grandson's first riding lesson absolutely perfect, going far to gaining another riding enthusiast. They also made it a wonderful birthday treat. I liked all horses but Jeromy was a bit exceptional.Thistle with Duke were extremely friendly. Two stable girls were handling all well and I am glad that I had found Paull placed gracefully among Hawthorn or Gooseberry bush hills with views towards the bay, there were new screens attached in the villge and your facilities are easily accessible. I would have expected a smaller horse 🐎 for my refresher program and I doubt that this one was only over14feet. I hope that we will manage to wander...

We had a lovely warm welcome at this yard, the ponies were excellent and very safe. Brilliant, friendly and informative staff taught my four year old twins even when they were just having a little hack, and everyone showed due diligence to health and safety at all times. I highly recommend this wonderful riding school, we will definitely be returning. Thank you, South Pasture Stables!
