Patient, professional and punctual! As someone with no prior driving experience, Besim helped to boost my skill and confidence behind the wheel and even pass first time. He is reassuring and encouraging throughout. He took me on test routes and made sure to tackle my areas for improvement no matter how long it took so that I was test ready. He was very flexible and given me lessons according to my availability and his prices was same for anyday or anytime for the week, which is quite impressive as most of the instructor in London will charge more for weekends and evenings.
