  • Great mixture of training in a casual, friendly environment, learning practical Krav skills with a good level of fitness. There is no syllabus or hierarchy, just everyone learning a variety of skills together in a controlled environment. Paul is also a great instructor, very experienced and all about encouragement and support. Thoroughly recommend this class to build up general fitness, learn practical, real world Krav Maga self-defence techniques with a great bunch of people of all ages.

  • I have been going to Worthing BKMA since January and have noticed my steady improvement, both in strength and technique. I love it and cant get enough of it! Paul is a great instructor and always gives helpful tips during the sessions. He not only explains really well the exercise to the group, but takes the time to go to each pair/group/individual and help out/give advice. It is good for a small girl as you get to practice with a range of different often stronger people, it is about speed technique and ...

  • Authentic Krav Maga with fitness and some bonus added striking thrown in. Paul is a great teacher who caters for all levels in a friendly professional manner. I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to get their fitness up, learn effective and realistic self defense, or make new friends whilst doing something constructive.

  • I've been with the club since August 2015 and really enjoy it. Krav is arguably the most useful martial discipline in terms of real world self defence, and is great from a general fitness point of view too. There's a nice friendly atmosphere, no one with something to prove and no ego issues. Paul is a very down to earth, friendly bloke who clearly knows his stuff. There's a good mix of fitness, drills, sparing, and self defence every week, with the opportunity to re-visit previous moves to he...
