Sounds Of Frome

I've been a customer of Kims since the late 70's un beknown to him. I hadn't been in for years but I went in today for strings and a tuner battery, it was like a time travel experience he was as helpful and charming as ever. Brilliant Terry Snook.

Barely open, and when they are, I've found them pushy and constantly trying to upsell.

I was extremely disappointed and angry with my experience of buying my squier electric guitar from Kim at Sounds of Frome. When I asked about the guitar he said I could only buy the display model - I have since found out that I am within my rights to ask for a brand new one, or be offered a discount for a display model. A magical music shop! Crammed with all sorts of equipment and so friendly and knowledgable. I had my son's Ibanez Ergodyne set up by their luthier/guitar technician and wow, it was a totally different and wonderful instrument on return. Can't recommend highly enough.

Thank you kim for the helpful and friendly advice today 6-01-2022. I bought a lovely second hand stagg bass today and i love it so much. I cant wait to be able to afford an amp. I highly recommend this shop for everything music related and kim is a lovely guy. I will definitely be back for all musical needs. Thanks again. Stu
